I trained at Mountview Theatre School and have worked professionally in theatre as an actress, theatre director, teacher and workshop facilitator for 22 years.
My work as an actress and theatre director includes West End, repertory theatre, national and small-scale touring theatre and London fringe. I have worked as a teacher and workshop facilitator for over 13 years in performing arts schools, FE colleges, schools and theatre in education, corporate companies, and have a BA(Hons) and Cert. Ed.
My ongoing acting career compliments my work as an acting coach/teacher/workshop facilitator. I am always learning as an actress and can therefore pass my experience onto others. My Spotlight view pin is 9647-0197-5471 - to see my acting credits.
I have studied the Meisner acting technique at the Meisner Temple. In 2010 I took an interesting voice workshop run by voice coach Marj McDaid who trained at Central School of Speech and Drama, she teaches Jo Estills voicecraft (how to change the tones of your voice), inspired exercises by Siberian teacher Nelly Dougar-Zhabon.
I am presently studying with Scott Williams of Impulse Theatre Company in the Meisner Technique.
